Rekiki PTE Ltd built the roboR8 app as a Free app. This SERVICE is provided by Rekiki PTE Ltd at no cost and is intended for use as is.

Personal Information Collection
While using our Service, we may require you to provide us with certain personally identifiable information, which you voluntarily give us either upon sign-up or through continued use of the App:

Email address
Mobile phone number
Photos uploaded
While using our Service, you have the option of uploading images to act as your portrait in the App. As such we may request access to your device's photo roll or camera in order for us to upload your media to the App. Any media uploaded in this fashion, will be collected and stored on our servers. If you wish to change our access or permissions you may do so in your device's settings.
Personal Information Usage
We do not use the photographs you provide when you use the App for any reason other than to provide you with the portrait editing functionality of the App. We may use information other than photographs for the following purposes:
Enable you to use the App's features;
Enable you to send/receive requests from other users;
Communicate with you about the in-App activities, which we may send through a push notification.
Provide technical support and maintenance for the App
Company Information Collection and Use
As a credit rating service provider, roboR8 may require you to voluntarily provide your company's financial report data, which you may do via the data uploading feature in the App. Such financial data and its derived ratings generated by roboR8 will be kept on our server and initially only be visible to yourself. Should you wish to share such data with other users of the App, the App provides you with abilities to:
grant another user access to you company's financial report data;
grant another user access to your company's credit rating data;
Third-Party Service Providers
The app does not use third party services that may collect information used to identify you.
Retention of Data
Where you are a registered user of the App, we retain Your Data for as long as you remain an active user of your account. You can write to support@robor8.com should you decide to cancel your account. Upon receiving your cancellation request both your personal data and company data will be permanently deleted from our server.
Security
We value your trust in providing us your Personal Information, thus we are striving to use commercially acceptable means of protecting it. But remember that no method of transmission over the internet, or method of electronic storage is 100% secure and reliable, and we cannot guarantee its absolute security.
Children’s Privacy
These Services do not address anyone under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13 years of age. In the case we discover that a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, we immediately delete this from our servers. If you are a parent or guardian and you are aware that your child has provided us with personal information, please contact us so that we will be able to do necessary actions.
